Verse Of The Week for February 23 - March 1

“And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.”

- Jeremiah 29:13

We are living in a society that many people are searching for something. Something that will satisfy an emptiness or void in their lives. I am so thankful that I have some wonderful news available to everyone. People need the Lord. Whether a person realizes it or not, everyone needs the Lord. Jeremiah, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, penned these words for our benefit. God says that we shall seek Him and find Him when we search for Him with all our hearts. You see it is a matter of our heart. Acts 17:27 says,” that they should seek the Lord, if happy they might feel after Him, and find Him, though He be not far from every one of us.” He is near to us all and we are assured that we will find Him whenever we are searching for Him with all our heart. What a Blessing to know that He is that near, that close, to each and every one of us! Let’s pray. Dear Lord thank you that you are near. You are near to all of us. Help us to daily seek you and for your face with our entire hearts knowing that in doing so we will find you! Bless the Lord O my soul and all that is within me Bless His Holy name!
